Boost your immune system
Here is what you can do to boost your immune system:
- Exercise, exercise and exercise.
- Use your mind to boost your immune system. You can do that if you think positive.
Be optimist.
- Take antioxidants. Vitamin C, E and ALA will help you fight radicals in your body
- Watch out what you eat. Get rid of all junk food and processed food. Bump out sugar and simple carbs from your diet.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day
- Take flex seed oil daily (Omega-3 fatty acids)
