Bored with Cardio?
Are your bored with your cardio program?
I have to tell you, I hate doing cardio in the gym during summer time. If you feel the same, here is what you can do to enjoy it:
- Mountain Biking (Central Park or West Side H-way): 410-500 calories burned per hour
- Hiking: 480 calories burned per 2 mph
- Swimming: 500-600 calories burned per hour
Make sure you bring bottle of water with you. Drink a lot of water to keep you hydrated.
