Eating food is our most intimate contact with our environment. It is a very intimate contact with our bodies. We eat every day pounds of food, putting food inside our bodies and turning it into us. This is an amazing process that changes our bodies and our health. But really how much do we know about this process? How much attention do we really put into what goes into our bodies? And how much do we understand about what we eat? How much do we understand about nutrition and the dramatic impact nutrition has on our current health and our body shape?

As a nation, we never have been so concerned with the subject of diet and nutrition. But the tragic fact is that in no period of our history have Americans eaten so poorly.
Heart disease, diabetes and cancer striking Americans with increasing frequency, in spite of billions of dollars spent in research to combat them and in spite of tramendous advantages in modern medicine.
Nearly half od all Americans have some sort of chronic illness and it causes three out of four deaths in the US. These diseases now strike our children as never before.

Americans spend one dollar out of every 14 for medical services or over $800 billion yearly - more than the national deficit, the food bill and the profits of all U.S. corporations combined. We have forgotten that our natural state is fitness, wholeness and vitality.

We can no longer afford to make poor health choices such as beeing physically inactive and eating an unhealthy diet. These choices have led to a tramendous obesity epidemic.

So many people here in the US have so much education, but never get clear about nutrition and food. What we do not know can kill us. And that is why so many people trying to ripp you off with fat burning pills, fad diets etc.

And while you may not have time to go jogging every day or exercise few times per week, you do eat all day, every day. Why not finally learn what foods are the best for you. If you have a life that is already good, imagine how much better you would feel if you were actually eating better?

Do you know the portion of chemicals - the ferilizers, pesticides, herbicides and fungicides in your dinner plate? How much chemical residue in our food can we tolerate? How does it affect us?

Did you know that food helps your consciousness to grow, food that makes you more loving, more peaceful, food that destroys your anger, biterness and hatred. Food can change your chemistry (hormones) and all these things anger, biterness, love, hatred are connected with your chemistry.
You Are Truly What You Eat.

I do not believe in depression. Most doctors will prescribe you some pill against depression. Those pill will change how your brain is supposed to work. It will damage you even more. Doctors will almost never tell to you to do some physicall activity, to start eating right, to become more spiritual, to find a balance in your life, because they do not earn money if they do not give you some sort of pill.

For most people, illness means putting their fate in the hands of doctors and following their recommedations - recommendations that almost always involve taking drugs for the rest of their lives while they watch their health gradually degenerate. I want you to be aware that most illnesses are self-induced and can be reversed with agressive and proper nutritional methods.

If you want to be healthy and look good, you have to change your nutritional habits and start exercising.

Focus your attention on nature's seven doctors:

- fresh air
- sunshine
- healthy food
- exercise
- pure water
- power of the mind
- rest
